Taking a page out of the SoulCycle playbook, a spinning class with hip hop tunes, the Fit Sessions are playing an upbeat selection of indie tracks in their guided exercise classes.
The hour long classes take place every Tuesday at Wobbleyou. The classes, while playing enjoyable music, are also designed to offer a full body workout to increase overall fitness levels.
