Luxury fashion house Maison Margiela prepares for the warmer seasons upon us with a new footwear design - the latest Replica Espadrillas is the perfect seasonal update. It is inspired by the German Army Trainers prominent during the 70s for a touch of retro influence.
It naturally boasts a similar look and feel to a pair of classic espadrilles, made from a blend of canvas and rubber materials as canvas makes up most of the upper and midsole. The rubber rests as the sole unit for traction and durability. The color palette is rooted in a light Ecru hue for a beachy feel and sits on top of a tan tonal outsole, following through with tan leather at the insoles.
