Tequila RTD Crowdfund Campaigns

Pimentae Launches Its Equity Crowdfunding Campaign

Pimentae launched its first equity crowdfunding campaign on Crowdcube in August 2026, giving consumers an opportunity to invest in the female-founded ready-to-drink brand. The campaign opened to priority members on Aug. 11 and the public on Aug. 12, targeting £1 million with minimum investments starting at £50.

Pimentae plans to use the funding to expand its grocery and wholesale sales team, strengthen marketing across digital, out-of-home and social channels, and support upcoming grocery and stadium launches. Founded in 2021, the brand has expanded from bottled tequila cocktails into cans, kegs and bag-in-box formats, alongside a mezcal-based Margarita made with Ojo de Dios.

For consumers, the campaign offers a chance to own part of the growing drinks brand while helping fund wider retail distribution. The move reflects increasing use of crowdfunding to combine expansion capital with community engagement.
