Environmentally Arrogant Cartoons

This Environmental Short Film is a Poignant Social Commentary

This environmental short film comes from Steve Cutts and, without using one single word of dialogue, says a lot about humanity’s destructive actions.

Although the short film entitled Man only runs three and a half minutes, it gets pretty intense by the end and hammers home the point that humans have done a lot of damage to the planet.

The environmental short film is done entirely with animation, which allows for a cartoon-like series of events to unfold one after another. The sequence itself includes a man killing a bug, putting on snakes as boots, making a basketball out of a chicken, clubbing a seal and more. The casual nature of the man walking through nature as he kills animals for his own desires effectively comments on the environmental arrogance of humans.
