AllBoss, a project initiated by 11-year-old Tate Uotila, introduces a creative and accessible approach to entrepreneurship for children. Inspired by his own experiences selling snacks at his brother's baseball games, Tate developed AllBoss carts — a tool designed to make starting a small business fun and straightforward for kids. These carts, which can be assembled quickly, come with customizable branding options and are tailored to display products effectively.

Tate's journey with AllBoss holds personal significance, as it helped him overcome social and academic challenges associated with autism. The venture became more than just a business opportunity — it offered him a platform to build confidence, connect with others, and develop a sense of purpose. With the support of his mother, Tate has refined the concept over the past year and is now preparing to launch AllBoss on Kickstarter.
