The En Noir Spring/Summer 2014 collection was showcased in a theatrical presentation with visionary set design by artists Daniel Arsham and Alex Mustonen. The duo, who work for Brooklyn-based design firm, Snarkitecture created a set entitled 'Coal Wasteland' by mimicking the collection's rock-infused textiles and escarpment-themed accents.
The presentation also featured a choreographed dance by American dancer Lil Buck to a custom track by Stelios Phili. Model Willy Carter took to the stage in the label's edgy streetwear staples with stand-outs that included their coal printed shirt and pant combo as well as the brand's Rock Moto Jacket.
Marrying aesthetics with practicality, the En Noir Spring/Summer 2014 collection shines a light on textured neoprene materials, photo-printed embroidery techniques and waxed fabrics to name a few.
