The Finding Optimism app is designed to uncover such moments and help users to track their mental health throughout the day.
The Finding Optimism app is a great intuitive tool to use to help you understand what might trigger a mood swing or what sorts of environments, people or settings set you off. The app is organized into four tabs that help you rate your daily habits. The first is called core data and it asks about your mood and habits with questions about your sleeping and wellbeing. The second is Stay Well Strategies looking into ways the user maintains a healthy lifestyle. The third and fourth tabs are called Triggers and Symptoms. Each tab is easy to use and relies on simple yes/no questions and scoring that is then tracked into graphs for you to see.
