Elysian Brewing is a "Seattle-based company that’s been brewing classic and experimental beers since '96." The brand offers the perfect holiday-ready craft beers including the Space Dust IPA, the Contact Haze Hazy IPA, and the Bifrost Winter Ale.
The Space Dust IPA is combined with c-15 and Dextra-Pils for a "bright and galactic Milky Way hue" and a slightly bitter flavor profile. The Contact Haze Hazy IPA, on the other hand, boasts a mild haze, low bitterness, and an explosion of hop aroma. Lastly, the Bifrost Winter Ale–named after a mythical bridge–features a Chinook and Styrian Goldings hops finsih.
