The Elle Italia July 2014 Film in Costume photoshoot updates the classic beachside look. Model Maud Le Fort accessorized and embellished a series of bathing suits in the production, making many of the ensembles much like daytime outfits to be worn in many different environments.
Photographer Mark Pillai assembled Film in Costume. The ashen backdrop drew attention to the collection of swimsuits and apparel, displaying the beauty of high rise bottoms, multi-patterned one piece suits, nautical prints and an assortment of baby blue, green and light pink hues.
While bathing suits often require little else, Micaela Sessa dressed up the pieces with leather jackets, perforated athletic coats, oversize scarves, pliant skirts and even a relaxed pair of jeans.
