It's not every day that you see an editorial with an afro updo, but this photo shoot for Elle Brazil June 2013 is all about the big hair, don't care attitude.
Shot by Fabio Bartelt and starring model Shirley Mallmann, the series takes place outside on a sunny day as Mallmann strolls through the streets with her bike and carefree oversized outfits. The shoot follows an overall colorblock aesthetic of mainly oranges and blues which gives it a clean feel, but the model's crazy hair and spontaneous poses adds a playful attitude.
