These Crayons Help Children Learn the Periodic Table of Elements

Coloring is a popular pastime for children and now that time can be even more productive thanks to Que Interesante's educational crayon set.

The educational crayon kit from Que Interesante consists of colored pencils wrapped in labels that correspond to different elements on the Periodic Table. In order to find the right color for each element, the shop conducted a flame test that involved burning substances to detect the elemental makeup. For example, Potassium produces a violet flame, while Sodium burns yellow. The label is then matched to the corresponding color so that children can learn the elements as they doodle.

The scientific crayon set comes in packs of 24, 96 and 120, making them an ideal tool for gradually introducing children to the Periodic Table of Elements.
