It seems like people have really taken to the 'less is more approach' with minimalist art such as Edits by Edit prints. Edits by Edit, a UK online store, has created a series of musical genre-specific minimalist posters.
Various artists were approached and asked to choose one element and one typeface (for the name of the genre) that best represents a music genre. So far, new wave, folk, polka, urban, metal and twist have been drawn up. The Edits by Edit prints are definitely for music fans and minimalist art enthusiasts. I wonder what post-punk and electro would look like.
