Eddie Borgo's 'Tinsel Gauntlet' and Limited Edition Print

This silver bracelet could soon be one of the most sought after pieces of jewelery on the planet—that is, if jeweler Eddie Borgo’s innovative approach to marketing his fabulously fringy ‘Tinsel’ collection works.

The image of model Vanessa Traina wearing the silver ‘Tinsel gauntlet’ is the first of a series of limited-edition prints he is creating to promote his jewelry. With the help of Julia Restoin-Roitfeld, Keegan Singh and Julia’s dad (a printer) they have produced 50 copies of the poster.

A recent private sale of Borgo’s work was held at Vogue editor Lauren Santo Domingo’s Gramercy Park residence and a few influential and fortunate guests were presented with the ‘Tinsel Gauntlet’ print.

My feeling is that the combination of this hot limited-edition print and the amazing collection itself the world’s fashionistas are going to be seriously coveting Eddie Borgo’s fun fringe cuff, I know I already am.
