For used car buyers this means less hassle. Over 3,000 dealers will participate to radically change the used car market
Implications - The online world has created many alternatives to real-life occurrences. Facebook is to Generation Y what the dorm room was for Generation X, and YouTube may have officially replaced open mic night; thus, companies like GM are looking for ways to move their consumers' experiences to an online platform in hopes to suit the time. Other companies can surely benefit by doing the same.
