Kristi Carlson recently launched a Kickstarter campaign for a Gilmore Girls-inspired cookbook called 'Eat Like a Gilmore.' The creative cookbook will draw inspiration from the fictional world of Stars Hollow and the recipes featured on the show to help fans relive their favorite scenes.
The idea for the cookbook came to Carlson after she realized the important role food plays in the Gilmore Girls. This includes delicious dishes such as a s'mores wedding cake, peach sauce made with maple syrup and pumpkin pancakes topped with apple butter. Drawing inspiration from these dishes and others mentioned on the show, Carlson has come up with a minimum of 60 recipes for her new cookbook. All of these recipes will be packaged in a colorful hardcover book filled with professional images.
With recipes for every occasion, the new cookbook will provide a fun way for Gilmore Girls fans to revisit the series.
