Available for one day only on March 8, 2025, at Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco, and later on March 22, 2025, at its New York City location, the delectable sundae combines Ghirardelli’s iconic hot fudge with the viral Dubai chocolate trend.

The Dubai Chocolate Sundae Experience features layers of vanilla ice cream, handmade hot fudge, pistachio butter, white chocolate, and kataifi (shredded phyllo), topped with a gold-leafed Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Caramel SQUARE, whipped cream, and caramel sauce.
