Moët & Chandon partnered with Yannick Alleno (a three-Michelin-starred chef) to create a most luxurious drinking and dining event.
The collaboration, for Le &, is a once-in-a-lifetime gastronomic experience, taking place at the Moët & Chandon's Epernay estate. The intensive "culinary journey" is characterized not only by luxury, but by the research and attention to detail that has been put into each dish by both Alleno, and Moët's chef Benoit Gouez. The two began the project out of a mutual curiosity and a voracious appetite -- pun intended -- for learning.
Their partnership has resulted in many a sauce innovation. Specifically, the two set out to create sauces with "less fat, less salt, less preparation, more lightness, purity and precision." Their sauce-based dishes can be enjoyed exclusively at Le &.
