Chick-fil-A is now introducing a new mobile dine-in service that lets customers use a mobile phone to place an order and tap a numbered NFC tag on their table to confirm where they are sitting, so that their order can quickly be delivered to them within the restaurant. With this system in place at participating Chick-fil-A restaurants nationwide, customers are saved the hassle of having to stand in line or even place an order at the counter. This mobile dine-in service also has the advantage of enticing customers to add more to their original order, like dessert after the main meal, without having to return to the counter multiple times.

Knowing that customers are pressed for time, Chick-fil-A created an easy way to support individual guests, families and large parties.
