The AMIDA Digitrend OSII Black is a limited-edition watch that revisits the brand's 1976 Digitrend design with updated materials and mechanics. The watch features a sapphire hood machined from a single block that replaces the metal enclosure used on earlier models.
Beneath the transparent cover is a DLC-coated 316L stainless steel internal framework integrated with AMIDA's jumping-hour display module. The watch uses Light Reflecting Display prism technology to present vertical jumping hours and scrolling minutes through a driver-style display. BGW9 Super-LumiNova indices provide low-light visibility.
The watch is powered by an automatic jumping-hour module built on a Soprod Newton P024 calibre operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour with a 38-hour power reserve. The case measures 39.6 millimetres by 39 millimetres and offers water resistance to 50 metres. Strap options include Alcantara or an integrated metal bracelet.
