'Deeper Discovery' is the name of a developmental program for small groups of individuals who want to take steps to improving aspects of their personal and professional skills.
The Deeper Discovery program builds on the Insights Discovery model, which provides an online evaluation of one's personality, hopes, dreams and fears through a color-coded energy system. As a result, it promises to play a part in improving individual and team leadership and communication and begin a long-term development plan.
The program uses a circular floor mat marked with 'Archetypes of Discovery,' such as Judge, Entertainer, Warrior and Lover, in order to encourage participants to expand their perspectives through enhanced self-awareness and understanding. While there are many workplace assessments that can be taken by employees, this workshop includes a physical component that takes it to the next level.
