DeepBrain AI Offers Lifelike Avatars for Remote Workers to Operate On-Site

DeepBrain AI is a company that uses life-like virtual avatars with conversational AI to provide customer service in a variety of scenarios. The AI Kiosk, introduced by DeepBrain AI at NRF 2022, uses these avatars to interact with customers in real time, providing information and assistance through e-commerce portals or extended reality displays in unmanned retail stores.

The avatars can also give customers information on discounts, newly-stocked items, and the backstory behind the AI Kiosk platform. According to DeepBrain AI CEO Eric Jang, the company believes that AI and other innovations will have a significant impact on the commerce industry after the pandemic ends, affecting fields such as retail, e-commerce, and live commerce. DeepBrain AI previously unveiled its zero-touch kiosks for use in 7-Eleven convenience stores at the AI Summit in November.
