From January 16th until January 18th, customers at Dominique Ansel Kitchen will be able to enjoy a decadent breakfast sandwich called the 'wd~Ansel Egg Melt.' The sandwich itself consists of soft-scrambled eggs, homemade cheese, a confit egg yolk, bacon, maple flakes and black truffle.The whole thing is served on a smoked English muffin and comes with a side of truffled hash browns.
Unlike fast food versions of the dish, Ansel's sandwich features high-end ingredients that are sure to be appreciated by adventurous foodies.
