Playful New Year's Apparel

Aritzia and Debbie Tea Debuted the ‘Year of The Tiger’ Collection

Aritzia and Debbie Tea have teamed up to release a unique Lunar New Year collection that celebrates and is appropriately named after the upcoming 'Year of The Tiger.' Debbie Tea is a Jakarta-based artist known for her adorable illustrations. As mentioned in her Instagram post, "the whole idea was based on the Chinese New Year dinners I had in the past with my extended family," sparking a sense of nostalgia and comfort.

The collection includes crewneck sweatshirts, hoodies, sweatpants, and shorts which all come in a 'Gd Fortune Red' color, which symbolizes good luck. Each design features animals and food that are included in the New Year's celebration, like tigers, bowls of noodles, plump dumplings, and bok choy, to name a few.
