These "Bargain Hunt" ads for De Bijenkorf show you what happens during these big sale days: shoppers turn into vicious hunters and nothing or no one can stand between them and that special piece they have their eye on.
While the idea is not novel or groundbreaking, the execution in these ads by Selmore, Amsterdam is quite fun. The shoppers are dressed as hunters in the jungle, a la Tarzan, jumping and running after the escaping bags, shoes or wine cooler.
The campaign was photographed by Jonathan Barkat with creative directors Bas Korsten, Michael Jansen, art director Esin Cittone, and copywriter Dom Nash.
