The Exit Magazine Fall/Winter 2014 editorial featuring model Dani Witt displays an athletic take on classic nomadic looks. Photographer Dario Catellani made the unexpectedly sporty looks come to life via a gritty urban backdrop complete with high rise buildings and electrical wires.
Stylist Catherine Newell-Hanson made Witt appear much like a sporty wanderer in this Exit Magazine series. She got at this unusual look via low-rise lace-up sneakers, zip-up hooded sweaters and plaid skirts. These gym-appropriate pieces were matched with oversize coats and bomber jackets, making Witt come across as ready for a long trip abroad.
Paired with these motifs were autumn hues. While this collection of apparel can arguably be worn during most seasons, Newell-Hanson opted for autumnal shades via dark red, brown and green hues.
