CycleNav from bike makers Schwinn was featured at this year's 2014 CES event. This device fastens onto your handlebars and is Apple and Android compatible. The CycleNav flashes lights and speaks to you, giving you accurate directions to your next destination.  If you miss a voice prompt, you can press a button to repeat the last direction.  Your tracking information can be sent back to your phone, so you can see your progress or view your goals; you can also share your rides to your friends on social networks.
