Rather than selling a small amount of ready-to-use curry by the jar, Woodland Foods is introducing a new range of dry curry starters at the Winter Fancy Food Show that only need the addition of water.
The just-add-water sauces are made with a base of sweet coconut milk powder and other traditional ingredients to make varieties such as: Goan Coconut Curry, Indonesian Rendang, Jamaican Coconut Curry, Thai Coconut Green Curry and Thai Coconut Red Curry.
