Cheesy Burger Tacos

Chef Alex Stupak Combines Two Popular Cultural Food Fares into One

Experimental chef Alex Stupak recently created a cultural food fusion with his recipe for cheeseburger tacos that combine two popular food fares into one dish. The dish's aesthetic resembles that of a Mexican taco, but the inside is filled with toppings inspired by greasy beef sandwiches.

The cheeseburger tacos creatively incorporate two different food styles into one by substituting popular taco fillings with toppings one might find on a burger. The dish features corn tortillas topped with sauteed ground beef. The beef is rolled in melted Chihuahua to create an incredibly creamy and cheesy texture. The meat is then topped with all the staple burger fixings including mayo, tomatoes and onions along with popular Mexican toppings like avocado, cilantro and lime. The dish is a delicious hybrid of both cultural flavors coming together.
