Captain D's is launching a new menu item called Crispy Crunchy Shrimp. The offering will be available for a limited period extending from now through early April.

The Crispy Crunchy Shrimp dish consists of the chain's standard butterfly shrimp, which has been breaded with crushed wonton pieces to provide a distinctively textured coating. Captain D serves this creation alongside the recently reintroduced Sweet & Sour Sauce.

The Crispy Crunchy Shrimp dish is featured as the centerpiece of a new Lenten promotional meal combo priced at $5.99. Dubbed the Crispy Crunchy Shrimp & Fish Meal, the new dish is joined by one Batter Dipped Fish fillet and the Sweet & Sour Sauce. Trio." Larger meal deals include hush puppies and a side dish.
