The 'Cragel’ is a new dual combination of a croissant-bagel. This tasty pastry was produced by the 'world’s premier bagel artist' Scot Rossillo of The Bagel Shop in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The culinary artist was finally able to combine half bagel and half croissant features into one mouth watering pastry. It can be described as a delicate, flaky, buttery croissant baked into a flavorful tasty bagel. So much flavor and delicacy infused in one pastry can leave you eating the best of both worlds.
