Milk Bar Helped Create the New Thomas’ Crannies & Cream Combo

— April 16, 2026 — Lifestyle
The popular dessert brand Milk Bar is teaming up with America’s #1 English muffin brand, Thomas’, for an unexpected new treat called the Crannies & Cream Combo.

For a limited time, select Milk Bar bakeries will be selling the new Thomas’ Crannies & Cream Combo, which is a deliciously sweet twist on a toasted English muffin. The new dessert consists of a warm, toasted Thomas’ English Muffin slathered with a specially-crafted butter-forward soft serve ice cream. The idea is that fans can use the soft serve to get into all the nooks and crannies of their English muffin. As Christina Tosi, Chef and Milk Bar Founder, explains, "At Milk Bar, we love taking those familiar flavors and turning them into something you haven’t seen before but instantly crave. Transforming that buttery English muffin moment into soft serve and pairing it with a warm Thomas’ muffin felt like the perfect way to do just that.”

Thomas’ Crannies & Cream Combo can be found at three Milk Bar locations in New York, Los Angeles, and Washington D.C.
