International wine retailer Coravin has released the Sparkling Wine Preservation System in Asia, a new device designed to maintain the carbonation levels of any bottle of sparkling wine.
The device takes the form of a universal-fit stopper with a hand-held charging unit. According to the company, this simple-to-use tool is capable of providing sparkling wine with up to two weeks of preservation. The unit is being sold in a package containing two Sparkling Stoppers, a Sparkling Charger Device, four Coravin Pure™ Sparkling CO2 Capsules, and two protective bottle sleeves.
“After spending years in development, we’re thrilled to introduce Coravin Sparkling and deliver on our continued vision to allow anyone to pour any wine, still or sparkling, in any amount, without the pressure to quickly finish the bottle or the fear of wasting it," said Greg Lambrecht, founder of Coravin.
