Gourmet Donut Collaborations

The COPS Donuts x Alder Signature Donut is a Coconut Cream Glaze

Toronto-based bakery, COPS Donuts is wrapping up its 'Yes Chef' Series Vol 001 by collaborating with Michelin-starred Chef Patrick Kriss’ acclaimed restaurant, Alder, nestled within Ace Hotel Toronto. The result of this partnership is a Coconut Cream Glaze Donut adorned with Coconut Meringue Crumble.

Alder's signature coconut cream pie, made popular by Michelin Guide inspectors, inspired this dessert. Crafted with a coconut cream blend, the glaze is generously topped with a sweet meringue crumble and toasted coconut, providing a delightful crunch.

Available until March 17th, this signature treat is just the beginning of a new series of flavors by COPS. The bakery plans to unveil new flavors inspired by Alder over the following weeks. As an added bonus, lucky patrons have a chance to win brunch for two at Alder or an exclusive package featuring brunch and a luxurious one-night stay at Ace Hotel Toronto.
