Premium Cooking Chocolate Collections

Maison Pierre Marcolini Has a Cooking Chocolate Collection

The Belgian chocolatier Maison Pierre Marcolini is expanding into the home baking space in the U.K. with a new cooking chocolate collection.

Officially launching on September 4, 2026, the new cooking chocolate collection will allow home bakers to access the Maison Pierre Marcolini chocolate discs that were previously reserved for professional use. In total, the new collection includes eight varieties, including four signature chocolate blends, two single-origin Grands Crus, and two milk chocolates. All of the chocolates are produced through Maison Pierre Marcolini's signature bean-to-bar process at its Brussels workshop. The company also selects and processes its own cocoa beans.

Maison Pierre Marcolini's new cooking chocolate collection will be available from the brand's stores at Selfridges, Notting Hill, Regent Street, and Marylebone.
