Female-Empowering Western Apparel

Converse and MadeMe's Series Boast Western Americana Aesthetics

Converse and MadeMe worked together to put a spotlight on the empowering mantra "by girls, for girls," originally emphasized by the founder of MadeMe, Erin Magee. The collaborative project highlights a series of apparel, footwear and accessories for the holiday season this year. The main design influence was drawn from Western Americana, featuring silhouettes including ribbed tops, tracksuits, tees, purses and sneakers.

The clothing options are all complete with sheriff badge embroidery to correlate to the overarching theme. The purses are constructed from patent leather and offered in the options of either black or pink, accented with an arrow. The sneaker selection features the signature 'One Star' platform silhouette in pink or taupe tonal completion, with thematic accents of arrows and a sheriff's badge.
