Google Adds Prompt-Based Revisions to Gemini Omni 1.2 Flash

Google’s ‘Gemini Omni 1.2 Flash’ now creates video clips up to 15 seconds and lets business teams and developers revise the same output through back-and-forth prompts rather than rebuilding it from scratch. The model also tracks image, video and allowlisted audio references more closely, helping people and products stay visually stable through longer scenes.

The model is generally available through Google Cloud and the Gemini API and is also available in Google Vids, with support in Gemini for business coming soon. Its rate is 30% lower than ‘Omni 1.1 Flash,’ with pricing starting at $0.07 per second for 720p output. That keeps versioning and follow-up edits cheaper on repeat jobs. Google Cloud Blog

A 30% price cut and conversational re-editing turn AI video generation into a more usable production layer for teams making ads and explainers. Availability through Google’s developer and workplace products widens that use beyond demonstrations and into regular content pipelines.
