CodeScty (pronounced Code Society) recently introduced itself on Kickstarter as being "like Schoolhouse Rock for computer science" and it is on a mission to teach kids about the very pieces of technology that are integral to their lives—while many computer science curriculums rely solely on textbooks and pieces of technology, that takes culture into consideration. CodeScty sets itself apart with a music-based curriculum that includes an original album, music videos and soon, an app that will help kids to seamlessly deepen their learning.

Through Concept songs, CodeScty simplifies complex ideas, making it easier for kids to understand the foundations of computer science. CodeScty also uses Perspective songs to inspire youth to think big. Due to the array of content that CodeScty offers, learning can happen through in-person workshops, web platforms, activities, videos, performances and more.
