Inventus Power has introduced compact robotic power batteries with the LV-24V50, a lithium-iron phosphate battery designed for autonomous robots and industrial material handling equipment. The new model combines rapid charging with integrated monitoring, helping manufacturers power smaller robotic platforms without extensive equipment modifications.
Delivering 1.2 kWh of energy and nearly 5 kW of peak power, the battery can recharge in approximately one hour. Its management system monitors charge levels, battery condition, and potential faults, while LED indicators simplify maintenance checks. Compared with traditional sealed lead-acid batteries, the LV-24V50 offers up to three times the cycle life and weighs 40% less.
For equipment manufacturers, these capabilities could simplify battery integration and reduce operating expenses. Warehouses and logistics facilities may also benefit from shorter charging interruptions and improved equipment availability, supporting more efficient automated operations.
