A new Chinese electric motoring company by the name of A Dece Oasis has unveiled a collapsible e-bike that takes the compactness and folding capabilities of its popular A20 e-bike and adds fattened tires to the mix, making it capable of navigating treacherous terrain with ease.
The A20F collapsible e-bike is powered by a 500-watt hub motor that can generate a top speed of 50 km/h when cruising city streets. However, if riders want to venture onto more challenging terrain, they can do so with consummate ease thanks to the inclusion of puncture-proof fat tires as well as an improved suspension setups that helps mitigate bumps on uneven trails.
Currently the subject of a crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo, this collapsible e-bike is available for a pledge of $899, and will appeal to e-bike enthusiasts who want a balance between stability, versatility and speed.
