The Cold Stone Creamery Carnival of Flavor range is being launched by the brand as a series of frozen dessert options that celebrate the end of summer and welcome fair season. The brand is debuting the all-new Churro Ice Cream alongside the returning Honey Cornbread with Blackberry Jam Ice Cream, which are used as the base for several new Creations. The Caramel Carnival Churro Creation boasts the Churro Ice Cream alongside Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, caramel and sugar crystals, while the Cornbread is My Jam Creation has the Honey Cornbread with Blackberry Jam Ice Cream, cornbread, honey and blueberries.

The Cold Stone Creamery Carnival of Flavor range is headed to participating locations now and will be on offer through November 18, 2025.
