Based on its cold brew, illy created a new recipe called Cocomint that's full of refreshing flavors for the spring and summer months. This natural soft drink made with cold brewed coffee features illy's unique 100% Arabica blend and it's the latest recipe developed by the University of Coffee in collaboration with illy's experts.

This refreshing treat, available exclusively in illy's single-brand outlets in Italy, France, UK and the United States, reminds of exotic and tropical destinations by combining the freshness of mint with the creamy and comforting taste of coconut.

Cocomint is made with the original Cold Brew Flat or Aria and it's topped off with a "natural, soft, and persistent head of foam." This drink is not just a treat for the tastebuds, it's visually stunning as well since the addition of mint turns the drink a bright green color.
