Club 75 and Vans Joined for a Series of Colorful Printed Sneakers
Riley von Niessen — June 27, 2016 — Fashion
Paris-based streetwear brand Club 75 collaborated with Vans for a series of sneakers, hoodies and skateboard decks. The collection boasts a bubblegum-pink color palette that's mostly complemented by small bright illustrations.
The shoes are offered in two different versions -- a high-top and low-top that makes use of the same designs -- with the pink undersole and accents working well with the white uppers. On the toe of the sneakers is "Locals Only," written in a playful cursive font -- a slogan of Club 75. Skateboard decks are covered in the same illustrations as the shoes, which incorporates a collage of spunky cartoon imagery.
Hoodies are more simple, with the pink color carrying to the apparel that features the Club 75 logo in white. The collaborative collection was made as a celebration to the first anniversary of the French brand.
