The Clear Light is a whimsical table lamp. An orb within an orb, the light source can be likened to a few magical things such as a captured fairy, sorceress spell and countless of other imaginative beings and creations. In reality, the Clear Light is a manmade design that provides as much of a practical service as it does a creative one.

Designed by Siyu Huang and Jiahui Song, the Clear Light nevertheless operates quite magically. It uses saline water to conduct electricity and light up. As reported by Yanko Design, "Essentially it replaces wires with saline water to reduce metal consumption." The saline water is fed into the light source via two tubes, which also elevate the orb into the center of the fixture. It boasts a voice activated switch.
