Artist Sara Singh has been a major player in the fashion world and is now exploring a classic novel revival project, an entirely new venture for the painter. In the past, Singh has been heralded for her ability to convey fashion images via watercolor, a talent setting her apart from the numerous fashion photographers out there. Her remarkable knack for the whimsical niche has landed her contracts with some of the industry’s best, including past deals with Givenchy, Neiman March and The New York Times.
Despite Singh’s aptitude for fashion-savvy ink drawings, she is now shifting her focus. In partnership with Splinter’s Classic Lines, Singh will be aiding the company in its re-launch of celebrated classic novels. The works of Jane Austen, Charlotte Brontë and Emily Bronte are only some of the literary giants set to receive an artistic reintroduction to society.
In consideration of Singh’s success in the fashion world, her book cover designs will likely place a unique spin upon this classic novel revival project.
