Hailo -- the British mobile app that matches taxi drivers with customers -- has paired up with Citymapper, a free urban navigation app for iOS and Android.
Citymapper is currently only available in a limited selection of cities -- London, New York, Paris, Berlin, Washington DC, Boston, Madrid and Barcelona -- but it's becoming increasingly popular among travel apps due to its ability to integrate information from a wide variety of sources.
Users can quickly and easily save a number of locations and destinations to their profile. This is incredibly helpful if you misplace your phone and don't want to have to re-enter your home address, work address, friend's address and so on. Users can then select from a variety of travel options including walking, driving, taking a cab and using public transportation.
