Rōti Modern Mediterranean Debuts Citrus Grilled Shrimp Menu

Rōti Modern Mediterranean has introduced its first-ever shrimp offering — the Citrus Grilled Shrimp menu. Offered in bowl, salad, wrap, and pita formats across all U.S. locations, this range features shrimp marinated in a citrus-forward blend and paired with roasted zucchini, yellow squash, red bell peppers, cucumbers, sumac tomatoes, feta, and a citrus herb vinaigrette alongside golden saffron rice or spring mix as the base.

The limited-time Citrus Grilled Shrimp menu launch also includes new beverages such as Strawberry Hibiscus Tea and Mango Lime Tea. These liquid offerings are designed to complement the bright flavors of the dishes, whether individuals opt for bowl, salad, wrap or pita.

The Citrus Grilled Shrimp menu was developed by Rōti Modern Mediterranean's newly hired Director of Culinary Innovation.
