The Hot Honey Harissa Chicken Sandwich is Rōti Modern Mediterranean's first sandwich offering. This menu item originates from a winning entry in an employee culinary competition. It features grilled chicken tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce on a brioche bun with purple cabbage, pickles, and seasoned mayo. The broader Hot Honey Harissa menu adapts the same flavor combination across different formats using ingredients such as saffron rice, mixed greens, and Mediterranean sauces.
