Mellow Mushroom is paying homage to a very distinct Cincinnati flavor with its new 'Cincy Pizza.'
The Cincy Pizza is a hometown-honoring pizza that starts with Cincinnati’s own Skyline Chili as a base. This sacy base is then covered in mozzarella, all beef kosher hot dogs, finely shredded cheese, a swirl of mustard, and a drizzle of hot sauce. The whole thing is also topped with oyster crackers to complete the chili-like experience. As Anne Mejia, Vice President of Brand Development at Mellow Mushroom, explains, "Cincinnati is known for being one of the best foodie towns in America. There’s no better way to celebrate a city that loves Skyline Chili and pizza than with this unique Cincy Pizza!”"
