Sarpino’s is celebrating its Chicago roots this summer with a clever new creation called the 'Chicago Hot Dog Pizza.'
Nothing says summer quite like a hot dog, which is why the new Chicago Hot Dog Pizza is the perfect choice for the hot summer days ahead. This hybrid dish takes all the components of a traditional Chicago Style hot dog, and transforms them into a cheesy pizza. The whole thing starts with Sarpino’s made-from-scratch dough and hand-shredded signature cheese blend. Then, the pizza is topped with yellow mustard, onions, relish, tomatoes, Vienna Beef hot dog pieces, and a sprinkling of celery salt. As Rebecca Kroupa, Sarpino’s USA Director of R&D and Operations Training, puts it, "Our new Chicago Hot Dog Pizza brings two great flavors together: pizza and Chicago hot dogs! What’s not to love?”
