WeCook partnered with celebrated Montréal chef Chuck Hughes to launch its WeCook Chuck Hughes back-to-school collaboration, translating the chef's retail pantry staples into four original ready-to-eat dishes created with WeCook Executive Chef Gabriel Drapeau. The lineup incorporates Hughes' Mild Antipasto, Red Pepper Spread and award-winning Mustard Coleslaw into meals such as Bruschetta Salmon with Orzo and Reuben-Style Grilled Chicken.
Hughes, the first Québec chef and the youngest Canadian to win Iron Chef America, is known for a cooking philosophy centered on quality ingredients and approachable methods rather than complexity. That sensibility carries through the rotating menu, which introduces two new dishes every two weeks beginning August 23.
WeCook's collaboration with Hughes shows how a chef's existing creations can naturally extend into an approachable meal delivery format.
